Salary: $14.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are actively seeking motivated and customer-focused service representatives to join our expanding remote team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver outstanding customer service solutions daily to our esteemed clients. Your duties will involve making regular outbound calls for various programs and projects, accurately recording all customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
ΓΒ Conducting data entry and typing tasks
ΓΒ Promoting and upselling products and services
ΓΒ Scheduling appointments in a business-to-customer format
ΓΒ Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of campaign products, services, and promotions
Required Skills
ΓΒ Clear, articulate, and friendly voice
ΓΒ Excellent interpersonal skills combined with active listening abilities
ΓΒ Strong verbal and written communication skills
ΓΒ Fundamental computer skills and technological proficiency
ΓΒ Sales experience is advantageous
Qualifications
ΓΒ Minimum of one year of call center experience, including familiarity with automatic dialers and call scripting (mandatory for remote candidates)
ΓΒ Consistent attendance and punctuality
ΓΒ Experience in an outbound calling environment is preferred
ΓΒ High school diploma or GED required

ΓΒ Personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
ΓΒ Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
