The Opportunity:
We are seeking an entry-level Data Entry Operator to work remotely for our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with data. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering and updating customer and account information. Your input will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
Job Responsibilities:
รย Prepare and sort documents for data entry into the database
รย Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits
รย Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies
รย Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
รย Comply with data integrity and security policies
Desired Qualifications:
รย High school diploma or equivalent experience
รย Proven data entry work experience would be a plus
รย Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
รย Typing speed and accuracy
รย Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-haves:
