Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting professionals for a new Customer Service Project Manager position with our High Point, NC client. Our client is a worldwide leading furniture manufacturer and offers a competitive starting salary and excellent benefits. We seek highly motivated individuals with 3+ years of customer service and project management experience. Experience within the... furniture industry is highly preferred.Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-$24 per hour
Responsibilities
รย Identify and assess customersรย needs to achieve satisfaction
รย Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
รย Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
รย Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
รย Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
รย Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
รย Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
รย Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
รย Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
รย Track record of over-achieving quota
รย Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
รย Familiarity with PM systems and practices
รย Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
รย Excellent communication and presentation skills
รย Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
รย High school degree
รย Hospitality Industry Experience
