What You'll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and create new value.
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions – including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing – to address specific business needs like Force-to-Load and Transaction Simulation.
- Develop and apply simulation models to test various scenarios and use cases that impact our operations and customers.
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, defining product requirements, priorities, and ensuring successful AI solution delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Six or more years of experience in a related field.
- Strong expertise in statistics, simulation, and modeling with practical application.
- Product management experience.
Bonus Points:
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Research, or Engineering Management.
- Consulting experience.
- Agile development experience.
- Knowledge of Verizon's retail environment.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with a defined work location that includes both remote work and assigned office days.
