- Identifying viable AI business ideas or validating mine
- Creating a go-to-market strategy and business model
- Advising on team structure and hiring plans
- Guiding the MVP development process (not coding, but defining scope and use case)
- Recommending tools, technologies, and vendors
- Helping me understand costs, timelines, and funding options
Ideal Candidate:
- Has launched or helped launch successful AI startups or products
- Understands applied AI/ML and real-world use cases
- Can explain complex AI concepts in simple business terms
- Strategic thinker with startup mindset
Bonus: Knowledge of tourism, SaaS, networks and good relations with similar existing companies
