Fast-growing design-build remodeling company expanding product sales, marketing reach, and multi-location operations. We are implementing AI and automation to streamline sales, design workflows, SOPs, and customer experience.
- What You Will Do
- Map and optimize our sales → design → production workflows
- Build automation using tools like Zapier, Make, HubSpot/GoHighLevel, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, OpenAI
- Implement AI-assisted proposal, follow-up, and SOP systems
- Reduce manual admin tasks for sales and design teams
- Train internal Systems Owner to maintain automations
- Must Have Experience
- Automation for service-based businesses (home services preferred)
- CRM automation + pipeline building
- AI integrations into business workflows
- SOP system development
- Multi-location operations a plus
- Compensation
- Contract role to start (20–40 hrs/month)
