Job Description
Job Title: Agile Project Manager (PMP certified)
Work Location: REMOTE
Project Duration: Long term
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Agile Delivery
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Hybrid, or SAFe frameworks
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks in alignment with PMP standards
Ensure continuous delivery of value through iterative development
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
Provide clear project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans
Team Leadership & Coaching
Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization and refinement
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with PMO governance, audit requirements, and organizational standards
Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and performance metrics
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned
Required Qualifications
PMP certification (mandatory)
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
5 10+ years of project management experience
Strong experience managing Agile / Scrum / Hybrid projects
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist)
Experience in technology, healthcare, finance, or SaaS environments
Experience managing distributed or offshore teams
Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices
