Job Description
Our partner school in the Riverdale, Illinois area is looking for a full-time General Education Teacher to teach our PreK students!
Position Details:
Current School Year
Full-Time: up to 40 hours per week
Caseload: PreK, less than 20 students
Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
Pay Range: $25 - $40 per hour, depending on previous experience
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging curriculum and lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning and promoting excellent student/teacher interaction.
Assess students' work for comprehension and progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
Must have an active Illinois Teaching Certificate with EC/PreK endorsement
Must have a Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Education, or related field
Previous school experience teaching PreK required
Creative Curriculum/Teaching Strategies experience preferred, but not required
