Responsibilities
Ā Planning, executing, and maintaining core accounting and financial reporting responsibilities

Ā Identifying and implementing business process improvements

Ā Performing internal control and risk assessments

Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in Accounting
,
Ā 7+ years of experience in public accounting, auditing, or an accounting role

Ā CPA certification preferred
,
Ā In-depth understanding of core accounting functions such as general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
,
Ā Financial, operational, and regulatory compliance audit experience preferred
,
Ā Strong time management and organizational skills
,
Ā Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

Ā Proven leadership experience

Ā Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP
,
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Ā Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
