- Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and administrative duties related to human resources.
- Job postings as needed to staff the restaurant.
- Coordinating with vendors.
- Ensuring timely entry and reconciliation of all bookkeeping duties as needed for the owner.
- Processing payroll.
- Processing sales tax monthly.
- Ensuring all compliance policies are met.
- Developing and documenting all policy and procedure.
- Requirements
- Restaurant accounting knowledge required.
- Completed accounting coursework.
- At least 3 years of experience as a top-level bookkeeper or staff accountant.
- Great understanding of accounting systems, specifically R365, Xtrachef, and Toast.
- Highly motivated and extremely organized.
- Well-versed in employment law and restaurant regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills.
