Financial Opportunity
Annual Earning Potential: $90,000–$170,000+
- Our compensation model includes:
- Commission structure paying up to 25% on closed business
- Monthly income range of $9K–$15K for established performers
- Performance bonuses for exceeding benchmarks

Note: This is a performance-based commission role. The income ranges reflect what current team members earn after completing training and consistently working qualified inbound leads.
Infrastructure & SupportMarketing-Generated Leads
We spend up to $20,000 monthly on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube advertising to fill your calendar. These are warm prospects who've expressed interest—not cold contacts.

Candidate Requirements
- Must Have:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience (required)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (required)
- Proven ability to conduct professional virtual meetings
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Reliable technology setup including high-speed internet
- Located in United States or Canada
- Available to start immediately
- Strongly Preferred:
- B2B sales experience with deal sizes $10,000+
- Real Estate License or experience selling real estate
- Consultative or solution-based sales background
- CRM and sales software proficiency
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
