What You'll Do:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a friendly demeanor


• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality


• Adapt to Chick-fil-A required language


• Work positions with speed and accuracy


• Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards


• Ensure product quality and consistency


• Follow safety procedures


• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant


• Keep clear and courteous communication with all other team members


• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and comfortable work environment


• Follow instructions from the leadership team and Operator

What You'll Need:

• Must be at least 16 years old upon hire date


• Eligible to work in the United States


• Possess reliable transportation for regular commute


• Available on Fridays and Saturdays


• Basic English speaking and reading skills are required


• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication


• Have excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations


• Maintain a professional appearance at all times


• Be comfortable to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment


• Demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure


• Possess mobility, speed, and multitasking abilities during shifts


• Be a quick learner who can adapt and perform efficiently


• Be proactive and focused throughout the shift


• Committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
