Appointment Setter – Part-Time, Remote
Pay: $10/hour (base) + performance bonuses ($150 per completed appointment, $500 per new customer)

We’re seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to connect us with business owners who qualify for a complimentary $2,500 marketing diagnostic. This role is part-time, phone-based, and ideal for someone with outbound calling experience who wants reliable hourly pay with performance incentives.
- What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to business owners and marketing decision-makers
- Spark interest using our provided script (with room for your own style)
- Schedule qualified appointments directly with our founder
- Ensure appointments are confirmed and completed
- Prospect from your own calling list (with guidance on target industries and business size)
- Track calls and results independently
- Compensation
- $10/hour base pay for all scheduled calling time
- $150 bonus for each qualified appointment once the appointment is completed
- $500 bonus for each appointment that results in a new client
- Paid weekly
- Earnings Examples (Weekly):
- 5 completed appointments = $750 in bonuses + hourly pay
- 10 completed appointments = $1,500 in bonuses + hourly pay

- 1+ year of outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales experience
- Comfortable generating/sourcing your own calling lists (with guidance)
