You’ll collaborate on real apps, attend optional meetings, and get feedback and help on code as needed. You’ll learn while delivering — and get paid for your contributions.

Join live or async meetings with clients or senior devs (as needed)
Contribute to live codebases (frontend/backend/API/bug fixes)
Get help completing tasks from senior mentors (we’ve got your back)
Learn by doing, without the pressure of solo freelancing

Are new to tech or just starting your dev career
Have some experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python, or similar
Know how to use GitHub, Zoom, and Slack

Pay: $25–$45/hr equivalent (based on contribution level and project type)
