- Innovative online contractor training company seeking a motivated self-starter
- Ensure every aspect of the customer experience is positive
- Assist with day-to-day operations including administrative support and processing reports
- Handle customer communications via phone and email
- Perform light accounts receivable/payable work
- Available for an occasional Saturday classroom session (approx. once per month)
- Requirements:
- Reliable strong internet connection
- Quiet work environment suitable for talking on the phone with customers
- Functional office setup with working, up-to-date computer
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
- Excellent writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with consistent accuracy

- Benefits:
- Additional pay for Saturday classroom sessions: $250 for roughly 6 hrs.
- Quarterly performance bonuses totaling up to $1,000.00
