Cloudcure is a fast-growing Canadian digital health startup helping patients struggling with obesity, Type 2 diabetes, and metabolic conditions through evidence-based medical care and coaching. Were now hiring a Marketing Lead to help us grow smarter and faster. This is a hands-on, remote role for someone who can both strategize and executeideal for a highly creative marketer with digital campaign experience in health, wellness, or regulated sectors. What Youll Do: β’ Own campaign strategy: Plan and launch full-funnel digital marketing campaignsfrom cold awareness to warm retargetingacross Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and more. β’ Execute with creativity: Ideate, storyboard, and produce short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, UGC-style), static ads, and compelling copy that converts. β’ Stay compliant: Understand and apply Canadian health advertising regulations (e.g., Rx drug marketing, claims rules, consent requirements). β’ Report performance: Deliver weekly summaries on traffic, conversions, creative wins/losses, and paid media performance to leadership. β’ Weekly Creative updates: Continuously test new creatives, and accompanying messaging to drive growth. β’ Tackle attribution: Develop scrappy but effective workarounds for data limitations (post-iOS14) and multi-platform user journeys. β’ Stretch every dollar: Were startup-mindedyour job is to make $1 work like $5. β’ Try new channels: Pitch and lead collaborations with influencers, affiliates, or new growth platforms (Reddit, podcasts, etc). Who You Are: β’ A creative and analytical marketer whos comfortable doing both strategy and design β’ Experienced in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and UGC/short-form content β’ Skilled in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite β’ Experience in startups - bonus points for healthcare, health-tech, or other regulated industries β’ A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and loves data β’ Hands-on with reporting tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets Role Details: Pay: $25-30 CAD/hour, depending on experience β’ Commitment: 10-20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow β’ Location: Remote (work from anywhere) β’ Start Date: ASAP Bonus Points: β’ Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or wellness space β’ Prior work with influencer outreach or affiliate marketing β’ Understanding of Canadian advertising standards for medical clinics Apply tot his job
