About the position
- Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve the best total value.
- Manage the seven steps of the sourcing process including Spend analysis, Market Research, Supplier Due Diligence, Sourcing Strategy, RFX Management, Bid Analysis and Contract Management.
- Create sourcing strategies for materials and services.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and core competencies.
- Perform analysis of financial and business data related to supplier proposals.
- Support development and management of cross-functional teams.
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers at Senior Management level.
- Execute supplier relationship management activities for key assigned suppliers.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience.
- Nice-to-haves
- Ability to draft the Statement of works/Master agreements/Amendments independently.
- Experience in Ariba, SAP, Google Suite & Microsoft Suite applications.
- Willingness to work a flexible shift to meet project completion requirements.
- Willingness to continuously learn new tools, solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to lead meetings/conference calls and give presentations to large audiences.
- Knowledge of data analysis, forecasting tools and ability to develop measurable insights from data.
