About the position
- Responsibilities
- Manage the Verizon Mobile Device Management (VZ MDM) portfolio, collaborating with customers, Sales, and partner vendors.
- Analyze trends, prioritize the product roadmap, and justify capital requirements.
- Monitor success post-launch and address issues as needed.
- Define the vision and business strategy for new products, identifying and tracking KPIs.
- Communicate technical requirements and ensure alignment with business decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitor gap analysis to identify new offerings.
- Work closely with product marketers and engineers to define product vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales on product positioning and commercialization plans.
- Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and achieve rapid feedback cycles.
- Synthesize perspectives across stakeholders to make quick decisions.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Six or more years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in marketing or deployment for Wireless Communications.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience with consumer insights, market trend analysis, and analytics.
- Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.
- Experience in product portfolio management and understanding product P&L.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Nice-to-haves
- Master's Degree or MBA.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communications and prioritization skills, and strong business acumen.
- Experience in operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with diverse perspectives.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a professional presence.
