- We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Remote Online Customer Service Specialist to assist with hotel and travel bookings.
- In this fully remote role, you’ll respond to client inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth, positive travel planning experience.
- This is a commission-based, independent contractor position with the flexibility to work from home or anywhere with a stable internet connection.
- Requirements:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online systems
- Passion for travel and helping others plan unforgettable experiences
- Fluency in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Access to a computer/smartphone and reliable internet connection
