About the Role:

We’re hiring a confident, professional appointment setter to call U.S. business owners from a provided list and schedule introductory consultations with our team. You won’t be selling anything, your job is to follow a simple script, spark interest, and book appointments.

This is a remote, B2B role with a clear process in place. We're starting part-time, with potential to scale to full-time for the right person.

What You'll Do:

Call from a pre-built list of U.S. businesses

Follow a proven call script to introduce our service

Handle basic objections and questions professionally

Book scheduled calls on our calendar system

Track calls, outcomes, and appointments in Google Sheets

Communicate with our team via Microsoft Teams or email

✅ Requirements:

Excellent spoken English with a clear, minimal accent

Confident and natural phone presence

1+ year experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales

Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic tools

Available to call during U.S. business hours

Strong internet connection and quiet workspace

Bonus If You Have:

Experience calling U.S. business owners or executives

Positive Upwork reviews with relevant experience

Familiarity with business services or regulated industries

Preferred Locations:
