Blazer Jobs is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to support school districts in Anchorage, AK. This full-time role is open to both local clinicians interested in consistent school-year placements and travel professionals looking for flexible contracts with competitive compensation.
Position Overview:
Provide occupational therapy services to K–12 students focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive techniques. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success and independence.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat K–12 students to improve functional performance in school activities
- Collaborate on IEP development and implementation
- Recommend assistive devices and environmental modifications
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Alaska OT license (or eligibility)
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Must pass background and fingerprint clearance
