RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Alviso, CA that is seeking a skilled Workfront Consultant to support the optimization of event workflow processes across initial project phases. This role will focus on business analysis, process mapping, and Workfront configuration, while also supporting governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis efforts including end-to-end process mapping and documentation of business requirements
- Build and configure workflows directly within Workfront to support operational needs
- Implement and support a newly established governance process
- Collaborate with solutioning and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather feedback, and communicate progress effectively
- Ensure all requirements are captured, validated, and aligned with project goals
- Work closely with technical teams, including those with AI expertise, to align on process and tooling
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience with Workfront implementation and configuration
- Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting governance processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
