About the position
- Responsibilities
- Maintain the home's organization and oversee vendors and service providers.
- Manage mail, assist with bill paying, and coordinate calendars and scheduling with other team members.
- Maintain household inventory and supervise renovations and construction projects.
- Perform light tidying and care for the principals' cars, including fueling and scheduling maintenance.
- Conduct research as needed and assist with interior decorating and light plant care.
- Proactively pitch in with various tasks and events.
- Requirements
- At least 3 years of paid, professional experience as a family assistant, household manager, or personal assistant with excellent references.
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, with a current and valid passport.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend and evening availability.
- Current or willing to stay current on the flu vaccine.
- Legal work authorization in the U.S.
- Commitment to at least one year.

- Experience working alongside other household staff is preferred but not required.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using digital tools for communication and organization.

- Hourly rate equal to an annualized compensation of $100K-$130K
