Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now in search for a Notary Public/Virtual Assistant to work remotely in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Travel to locations in your coverage area to notarize various documents.
- Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings/travel arrangements.
- Prioritize daily tasks.
- Manage incoming/outgoing communications (via email/phone/text messages).
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen.
- Notary Commission within 1 year of employment. 2 years of experience working a Virtual Assistant.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Type 30 wpm.
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Gmail, and Zoom.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
You will have the flexibility to work anytime you want either PT or FT with the ability to earn $85.00 to $200.00 per loan closing signing appointment.
Please provide a copy of your Background check and E & O insurance if you are an existing Notary.
Pay- $85.00 to $200.00 per loan signing document
