Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing business-critical applications related to identity governance and authentication solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, drive compliance efforts, and contribute to the organization's security standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of business-critical applications to ensure compliance with identity governance and authentication standards.
- Collaborate with application owners and administrators to gather and document lifecycle management and authentication requirements.
- Identify and document risks and issues within ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management to support organizational risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business requirements with technical solutions.
- Analyze gaps between current and desired states, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Support Agile Scrum processes by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide expertise in utilizing tools such as SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID for identity management.
- Review and refine documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with security standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions.
- Offer insights on additional systems such as SAP, ServiceNow IRM, Warehouse Management Solutions, and Salesforce.

- Proven experience in business analysis with a focus on identity and access management.
- Strong understanding of security standards and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Ability to document requirements, risks, and issues effectively within ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management.
- Skilled in Agile Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Experience with gap analysis to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of additional applications such as Warehouse Management Solutions or Salesforce is a plus.
