We're rapidly expanding and looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors who want to grow with us and make a meaningful impact.
- About the Role
- Caseload: A target of 28-32 completed sessions per week
- Scheduling Flexibility: Work Monday-Thursday for a 3-day weekend or customize your schedule
- Evening Requirement: At least 8 sessions per week after 5 PM
- Start-Up Support: 8-week ramp-up with 1:1 check-ins with our Clinical Director
- Independence & Collaboration: Work remotely while having a clinical and admin team for support
Not looking for full-time? We offer part-time and per diem roles (minimum 20 scheduled sessions per week). Just apply and ask us about these options.
- Compensation & Time Off:
- Salary: $70,000/year (Full-Time W-2)
- Paid Time Off (~4 Weeks Total)
- 100 hours Paid Time Off (2.5 weeks)
- 40 hours Sick Time
- 7 Major Holidays Off (if they fall on a workday)
