Responsibilities

    Technical Deployment and Maintenance:
  • Functional specification (MD.50) for customizations and the development of customization requirements.
  • Preparing BR-100 documentation (IT setup documents) in an understandable and comprehensive manner.
  • Support and develop reports in the Oracle BI tools Discoverer and OBIEE.
  • Runing SQL queries to identify and resolve application issues.
  • Opening and updating SR’s (Service request in the Oracle support portal) and co-ordinating with the Oracle support team until the SR resolution..
  • Ability to think “out of the box.”
  • Demonstrating reliability and confidentiality.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL SKILLS

    To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Strong 5+ years’ experience in providing Oracle Applications support
  • In-depth knowledge of the oracle modules, AP, AR ‘FA
  • Knowledge of Oracle tables and writing SQL queries’ framework
  • Knowledge in Oracle database tables and views.
  • Experience in the Workflows process within Oracle.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language, and customer focused demeanor.
