Job Description

We’re looking for a highly creative, experienced Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team full‑time. You’ll manage social media for multiple clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, concrete coatings, and fire prevention — and also assist with occasional graphic design projects beyond social media.

If you’re a master of visual storytelling, can design engaging graphics from scratch, and thrive on creating content that gets results, this role is for you.

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
Create high‑impact graphics in Canva (must be an expert).
Edit videos in CapCut or similar tools for social media campaigns.
Manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and interact with followers.
Prepare and present monthly performance analysis with actionable insights.
Work with limited client assets to produce fresh, original content.
Assist with occasional non‑social graphic design projects (flyers, ads, presentations, etc.).
Collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

5+ years’ experience in social media management (multi‑brand or agency experience preferred).
Exceptional graphic design skills and creative problem‑solving ability.
Expert in Canva and comfortable with video editing tools like CapCut.
Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
