Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable person to help us clean up and update our CRM (Pipedrive). Your job will be to go through our existing contacts, identify companies we haven’t connected with in a while, and call them to confirm or update the correct contact information.
What You’ll Do:
- Go through contacts in Pipedrive and organize them
- Update outdated records and remove duplicates
- Call businesses to confirm the best point of contact for signage and marketing
- Research companies and individuals to fill in missing details (emails, phone numbers, job titles)
- Tag and sort contacts based on activity level and relevance
- Add short summary notes for key contacts
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Pipedrive CRM
- Good written communication and research ability
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with B2B sales or marketing data
- Prior experience cleaning and managing CRM databases
