About the Role:

We are a leading freight forwarding company seeking a proactive Sales & Agent Network Executive to join our remote team. This role focuses on managing and expanding our international freight agent network, driving sales growth, and fostering strong business relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with international freight agents.
  • Respond to agent inquiries, provide competitive pricing, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents to expand global coverage.
  • Monitor agent performance and maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and pricing teams to address agent needs.
  • Use ERP systems to manage quotes, track communications, and generate reports.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective agent partnerships.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or international agent relations.
  • Strong understanding of global logistics and freight operations.
  • Experience using ERP systems (training available for new platforms).
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work across different time zones for international coordination.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in agent network development within freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of air, ocean, and land freight pricing structures.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or freight management platforms.
