We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Aetna, a leading healthcare organization. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies that improve the quality of pharmacy care, while also driving business results and growth.
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead clinical pharmacy programs to improve patient outcomes and drive business results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including pharmacy teams and leadership
- Collaborate with external partners, including healthcare providers and community organizations
- Design and implement clinical pharmacy budgets and track financial performance
- Participate in and influence external and internal pharmacy/health improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted Oklahoma clinical license to practice pharmacy
- 2+ years of administrative experience in pharmacy or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications
- Strong transportation and willingness to travel in-state up to 15% of the time
