Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Accounts Specialist or Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating customer needs and expectations
- Managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Defining and driving complex program plans for multiple projects
- Identifying, reviewing, and selecting vendors or contractors to address project issues
- Planning and collaborating with teams connected to facilities projects
- Assessing economy and efficiency of space utilization
- Directing the preparation of technical drawings to ensure client/functional requirements are met
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Knowledge of materials, techniques, and tools involved in construction or repair of buildings
- Understanding of design methods, tools, and principles engaged in production of precision technical plans, diagrams, drawings, and models
- Knowledge of business and construction management principles associated with strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources
- Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of possible actions to choose the most appropriate one
- Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
