Job Overview:

- Role: Business Support for the Data Management & Analytics team
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to business inquiries about our data assets, including datasets, reports, and dashboards
- Provide guidance to business users on utilizing our data stack tools, such as PowerBI, SQL databases, and Databricks
- Identify, analyze, and document recurring business questions that are not well-covered by existing data assets and solutions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic data analysis and wrangling tasks, with experience in various contexts and toolings
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerBI, and SQL databases
- Familiarity with programming languages R or Python (a plus, but not required)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to write concise and clear documents
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum process (a plus)
