Key Responsibilities:
- Research, prototype, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies, including large language models, vector databases, and agent frameworks
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-powered features and solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities
- Define and establish best practices, internal standards, and frameworks for responsible AI development
- Lead workshops, mentor engineers, and promote AI education across teams
- Influence architectural decisions to ensure robust, cost-effective AI infrastructure
- Optimize AI model deployment strategies balancing cost and performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered features with real business impact
- Hands-on expertise with leading AI tools, such as LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, vector search, and agent systems
- Strong programming skills in languages suited for AI development, especially Python
- Experience designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning or AI systems
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, prototyping rapidly with evolving tools
- Passion for documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring others
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Creative, pragmatic, and execution-focused mindset
- Startup experience is a strong plus
