Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- State certification and endorsement in the assigned area
- Pre-service experience required for certification
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Understanding of various student learning styles and pedagogical theories
- Familiarity with federal and state educational regulations and statutes
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and graphics
