We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to manage our accounts payable processes and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Process corporate card reimbursements and ensure proper coding.
- Manage refund requests.
- Process invoices related to curriculum development and certifications.
- Manage the corporate AP card program.
- Collaborate with various departments to process vendor purchases made with credit cards.
- Prepare month-end close reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, B.Com, M.Com/MBA, or a related field.
- Proven experience with full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice sorting, verification, matching, and vouchering.
- Experience processing expense reports is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of accounting policies and procedures.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Prior experience with Oracle is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
