What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver engaging online and distributed learning course content.
- Create and curate relevant course syllabi and learning materials.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Mentor and advise students in their academic pursuits.
- Maintain regular office hours and engage with students.
- Provide research and scholarship guidance, including supervision of theses, projects, and dissertations.
- Collaborate with university colleagues to support student success and departmental goals.
What You'll Bring:
- A Master's, Doctoral, or other terminal degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in your area of specialization.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Teacher Education Credential, PPS Credential, Clinical PsyD/Counseling License, BCBA) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- A passion for fostering student growth and success.
- Cultural competence and the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- A results-oriented and highly motivated approach.
- Ability to exercise discretion, tact, and maintain confidentiality.
Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote position with flexible hours (TBD). You will be an integral part of our team, interacting with students, colleagues, and external partners.
Compensation: Starting hourly rate is $38.
