Job Overview
We're looking for a seasoned leader to join our team as an Amazon Connect Practice Leader, responsible for shaping the future of our Amazon Connect practice and establishing Eventus as a leader in Amazon Connect cloud contact center solutions. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with up to 30% travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of Amazon Connect consultants and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow our Amazon Connect practice, including go-to-market planning, market analysis, partner ecosystem engagement, and thought leadership activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving customer success through strategic guidance, solution design, and ongoing support.
- Cultivate partnerships with Amazon Connect and other ecosystem partners, leveraging resources, training, and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Amazon Connect and cloud contact center space, driving continuous innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications for Success
- 8+ years of experience leading a consulting practice or integration practice with multiple teams and clients.
- 3+ years of Amazon Connect experience, including architecture, features, and capabilities, with hands-on experience designing and implementing complex Amazon Connect solutions.
- Extensive CCaaS integration experience and experience building a portfolio of successful client success stories, use cases, testimonials, ROI, whitepapers, etc.
- Experience with AWS Partner Network (APN) programs and working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Amazon Connect technical teams to support and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer, are preferred.
What We Offer
At Eventus, we offer a competitive total rewards program, including:
- Salary range: $210,000 - $275,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, education, and other factors.
- Annual bonus up to 20% and additional incentive compensation of 20% to 30% based on annual revenue generated in the Amazon Connect practice.
