We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Site Administrator to support our American Express client management team and customer contacts on a day-to-day basis. As a key liaison between client management and service delivery, you will ensure seamless online program connectivity and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide online tool support for day-to-day travel program requirements and escalation support

  • Function as the key liaison between client management and service delivery to ensure online program connectivity

  • Interact and support clients in online special projects and day-to-day requests, including basic program management and issue resolution

  • Manage site administration for online booking tool and profile tool sites globally

  • Analyze transaction types, fulfillment processes, and user requests to increase adoption and reduce transactional touch

  • Develop and conduct client seminars regarding online tools and provide second-level support services

  • Maintain relationships with client technical contacts to ensure timely resolution of user issues


Requirements:



  • Thorough knowledge of the business travel industry

  • Experience with Concur OBT, CONNECT Portal, SABRE GDS, and Correx

  • Extensive customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook

  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities with good time management skills
