Key Responsibilities:
- Determine eligibility for benefits and provide accurate support to applicants
- Apply program rules to complex and dynamic situations
- Provide empathetic and respectful customer service to clients via phone and in-person
- Collaborate with a team to achieve goals and support the well-being of children and families
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment with computer program use and clerical work
- OR Bachelor's degree in a human service or financial field
- OR 1+ year of experience as a Benefits Programs Specialist Trainee
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
