Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing all inquiries and services
- Find effective solutions to individual customer problems
- Offer necessary information on new products and promotions
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken Italian
- Advanced level of English
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma
- Solid computer skills
- Flexibility and positive attitude
