Job Summary:


Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Manager to lead our remote customer support team.     • Proven ability to manage a diverse team in a remote setup.

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
