Role Overview
- Location: Remote

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner
- Analyze and report product malfunctions, proactively engaging with customers to prevent issues
- Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues, identify needs, and provide feature requests
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and discussions with customers
- Work closely with our product team to update help center articles and ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with case/ticket management systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
