Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, warm, and organized classroom that meets the highest standards of care and education
- Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to encourage partnership and support
- Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans using our proprietary curriculum, tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, child portfolios, and USDA documentation
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine warmth towards young children and their families
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to pass a state-required criminal background check
