As a Judicial Transcriptionist/Caption Editor, you will be responsible for transcribing depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings with precision and accuracy, adhering to strict style guides and deadlines. About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Transcribe audio recordings of depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Adhere to client-specific style guides and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality transcripts
- Work independently in a remote setting, with the flexibility to set your own schedule and choose from available projects
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of transcription services to our clients
Requirements:
- Excellent listening and literacy skills, with strong comprehension, spelling, and grammar abilities
- Typing proficiency in both speed and accuracy, with the ability to process extreme audio/text content
- Familiarity with legal terminology and experience with court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription (court reporting students also considered)
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with our team, with strong communication and organizational skills
- High-speed internet, computer or laptop, noise-canceling headphones, and Windows 10 operating system (with antivirus program and daily virus definition updates)
- Infinity Foot Pedal highly recommended, with proficiency in Microsoft Word

Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
- Pay: $19.00 - $36.00 per hour (US-based), PhP30,000 to Php60,000 per month (Philippines-based)
- Expected hours: 5-40 per week
- Experience: 1 year of typing and transcription experience preferred
- Language: English preferred
- Work Location: Remote
