Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Pricing Strategy to lead our Womenswear Pipeline team at Workwarp. As a key member of our Revenue sell-side team, you will play a critical role in shaping demand at a category level across customer, visibility, and pricing levers. You will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to achieve category growth targets, ensuring price competitiveness and profitability.

  • Define and achieve growth strategies for your category by analyzing selection, pricing, and discount targets.

  • Manage demand generation for your category, driving traffic and conversion across external brands and Myntra Fashion Brands.

  • Lead a team of 2-3 people in driving demand generation for respective categories.

  • Responsible for handling topline and bottom-line targets for your category.

  • Drive supply side selection metrics, ensuring the right selection width and depth for your categories.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for launches, campaigns, and events.

  • Derive insights from data to inform pricing strategies and drive growth.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and MBA from a Tier 1 College.

  • 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in e-commerce or related fields.

  • In-depth understanding of customer behavior, browsing and transacting trends, visual merchandising, and execution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to senior stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
