We're seeking passionate and experienced English tutors to coach, tutor, and help students achieve their language learning goals. As a Preply tutor, you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule and price, working from the comfort of your own home in Green Bay, WI.
At Preply, we're building a global marketplace for online language learning, connecting over 30,000 tutors with hundreds of thousands of students worldwide. Our mission is to create a learning space that fosters effective learning and collaboration. As a certified English tutor, you'll play a vital role in helping students achieve their language learning objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Teach English online to students worldwide, creating personalized lesson plans or using Preply's curriculum
- Set your availability and schedule lessons with students using Preply's integrated calendar
- Access training and professional development through Preply's Tutor Academy and regular webinars
- Provide comprehensive materials and resources to meet students' needs
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- University degree or certificate to teach English (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, etc.) or equivalent qualification
- Experience teaching one-on-one classes with proven results, preferably online
- High-speed internet connection
- Energetic, patient, responsible, and cheerful demeanor
