As a Night Time Office Agent, you'll play a vital role in performing various right-of-way and real estate related activities, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate the acquisition of right-of-way, easements, and other property interests on behalf of our clients
- Maintain up-to-date records of contact attempts and parcel-related data in our company database
- Perform work under moderate supervision, with frequent reviews to ensure sound techniques and principles
- Review work produced by junior staff for quality assurance
- Travel up to 50% of the time during busier periods (local and out-of-area)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in land and right-of-way acquisition, with increasingly complex responsibilities
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, legal documents, and regulatory issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with work management tools (GIS, Google Earth)
