We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Instagram DM Specialist, responsible for managing inbound conversations, pre-qualifying leads, and booking sales calls. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.
Job Overview:
- Respond to DM inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Pre-qualify leads using our established frameworks to ensure high-quality sales calls
- Book sales calls and track daily activity to meet performance goals
- Collaborate closely with our team to refine messaging and optimize results
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent English speaker with a natural, US-style tone
- Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Able to work 5-6 days per week in US EST hours
- Prior experience in DM or sales is preferred, but not required
