- Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and sales teams to communicate customer needs and resolve issues

To excel in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS
- Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
